                         Ganache
    8      ounces        dark sweet chocolate
      3/4  cup           heavy cream
    1 1/2                Tablesppons Amaretto
                         Dipping
   16      ounces        dark sweet chocolate
      1/4  cup           vegetable oil
                         Garnish
    2      cups          chopped almonds
 
 When ganache has cooled to room temperature, add Amaretto.  Roll dipped
 truffle in chopped almonds
