Holiday almond treats
2 1/2 c vanilla wafers; crushed
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 3/4 c Toasted almonds; ground
1 c Pumpkin pie mix
Divided
1/3 c Amaretto
1/2 c Powdered sugar
In medium bowl, blend vanilla crumbs, 1 cup ground almonds, powdered sugar
and cinnamon. Stir in pumpkin and amaretto. Form into 1" balls. Roll in
remaining 3/4 cup ground almonds. Refrigerate.
