       Title: Kahlua Custard Filling

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
   1 1/2 c  Milk
     1/3 c  Sugar
       2    Beaten eggs
     1/2 ts Vanilla
     1/4 c  Kahlua
  
   In heavy saucepan, heat milk until almost boiling. Stir in sugar.
   Remove sweetened milk from heat & gradually add eggs, stirring
   constantly. Return to heat. Cook over low heat stirring steadily
   until custard thickens. Remove custard from heat & stir in vanilla &
   Kahlua. Cover & cool.
