Quick & easy chocolate frosting

    
3ozbaking chocolate, unsweetened, broken into pieces
1cmarshmallows, miniature
1/3cmilk
1/2cbutter, or margarine, softened
2 1/2csugar, powdered
1/2tsvanilla extract
Directions:
In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly.  Add marshmallows; stir frequently until melted.  (Mixture will be very thick and will pull away from sides of pan.)  Spoon mixture into small mixer bowl; beat in butter.  Add milk very gradually, beating until smooth.  Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat to desired consistency.
