Movable feast decadence

   1 1/2 lb Dark sweet chocolate
   1 1/2 c  Sweet butter
   1 1/2 ts Sugar
       9    Eggs; (room temp)
   1 1/2 ts All-purpose flour
  
   Preheat oven to 400~. Melt chocolate and butter in top of
   double boiler.
   Beat the eggs and sugar until they triple in volume. Beat
   in the flour. Add the melted chocolate to the eggs.
   Continue to beat. Pour into a butter and floured 9" pan.
   Bake 15-20 minutes. The cake is done when it is still soft
   in the center. Cool 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
   Decorate with whipped cream. (I've also decorated with
   powdered sugar or a chocolate glaze, just depends on who
   I'm making the cake for.
