2/3 cup Pinto beans -- cooked drained
2 tablespoons Natural rice vinegar
2/3 cup Garbanzo bns; cooked -- drained
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 1/2 cups Green beans; sliced -- steamed
4 teaspoons Olive oil
1/2 cup Celery -- diced
1/4 teaspoon Each salt
1/4 cup Red onion -- diced
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup Pimentos -- diced
Lettuce leaves
1/4 cup Parsley -- chopped
1. In salad bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Chill
2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
