3 tablespoons margarine
10 ounces marshmallows
6 cups rice cereal
1 pint strawberries -- sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
3 kiwifruits -- sliced
5 ripe bananas -- sliced
1 quart orange sherbert
1. Coat a 13X9 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
2. Melt margarine in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir
until completely melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in cereal until well coated, scrape into prepared
pan.
4. Coat a sheet of waxed paper with cooking spray, place on cereal mixture and
press into pan evenly. Cool completely.
5. Meanwhile slice strawberries. Place about 1 1/4 cups in a blender. Add sugar
; puree until smooth.
6. To serve; Invert cereal mixture onto a cutting board. Cut into 10 bars.
7. Place 1 bar on each plate, spoon on some strawberry puree, top with fruits,
sherbert and more puree.
8. For extra splash, top with whipped cream and a cherry.
