Chocolate meatballs

   1 1/4 c  Sugar
       1 c  Butter
       1    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
       1 c  Milk
       1 ts Vanilla
   4 1/2 c  Flour
     1/2 c  Cocoa
     1/2 ts Cinnamon
       5 ts Baking powder
     1/2 c  Chopped nuts
       1 c  Chocolate chips
            Icing or melted chocolate -
            Chips
  
   In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter.  Add
   cream cheese, milk and vanilla and blend well.  In
   another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, cinnamon and
   baking powder.  Gradually add dry ingredients to
   creamed mixture and mix well.  Stir in nuts and
   chocolate chips. Refrigerate 1 hour then roll into 1
   inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake
   375øF for 15 to 20 minutes.  Remove from cookie sheet
   and place on wax paper.
   
   Make a soft icing or an icing out of the melted
   chocolate chips and dip cookies while still warm.
