Chocolate coconut crunchers

Title: CHOCOLATE COCONUT CRUNCHERS

1 pk Pillsbury plusr german choc.
1 c Butter or margarine; softene
2 Eggs
1 c Coconut
1 c Walnuts
1 c Corn flakes; crushed, or
-other cereal flakes
1 c Rolled oats
6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips; (
1 tb Sugar; (1 to 2 tab)
Recipe by: Pillsbury 36th Bake-Off (1994) Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 8 to 12 minutes Yield: 4 to 5 dozen cookies
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, margarine and eggs in large
bowl; mix well. Add coconut, walnuts, corn flakes, rolled oats and chocolat
chips; mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto
ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
2. Bake at 350 degrees until set, 8 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute; remove
from cookie sheets.
Nutritional information per cookie: 110 calories, 1 gram protein, 12 grams
carbohydrate, 1 gram dietary fiber, 7 grams fat, 7 milligrams cholesterol,
105 milligrams sodium. 45 mg potassium. Dietary Exchanges:
