3 bananas
2 cups sugar
7 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
3 cups flour
Combine bananas, sugar, soda, and salt in blender. Blend on high speed for 1
minute. Pour into mixing bowl and add eggs one at a time. Then add oil,
yogurt and milk. Add flour last.
Pour batter into loaf pans lined with buttered parchment. Place in 275ยก
oven on centre rack. Do not remove until 2 1/2 hours are up.
