4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup chapped onion
6 ounces can frozen apple juice concentrate -- thawed
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
In large bowl, toss cabbage, carrots and onion. In small bowl, combine remaini
ng ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture. Toss well. Cover; refrigerate to b
lend flavors.
8 (1/2-cup) servings
Notes: A satisfying blend of wholesome cnmch and sweet-tort flavor.
