Quick and easy vegetarian chili
1eaonion, chopped
1eacelery, stalk, chopped
2tbvegetable oil
4ckidney beans, cooked, drained
1/2ctomato sauce
3tbvinegar
2tsmolasses
1tsbasil
1tsoregano
2-3tbchili powder
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve. Makes 4 servings.
