1 medium banana -- sliced
1 package prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust -- cooled
1 4-serv Strawberry-Banana Jello gelatin
2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes
3 1/2 cups Cool-whip topping -- thawed
1 cup sliced strawberries
Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust. Completely dissolve gelatin in boilin
g water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, s
tirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, bl
end in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries. Chill unt
il mixture mounds. Spoon over banana in pie crust. Chill about 2 hours. Garnish
with additional strawberries and banana slices, if desired.
