    1                    Egg white
    1      cup           Sugar
      1/4  cup           Brown sugar
      1/4  teaspoon      Cream of tartar
      1/3  cup           Water
                         Salt -- pinch
    1      teaspoon      Vanilla
 
 Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric mixer
 4 minutes. Spread on cool cake.
